This Mental Health Awareness Week, from May 13-19, 2024, I got the chance to sit down with Bold Journey about something super close to my heart (and nerves) - that sneaky beast we call imposter syndrome.
Truth is, I feel like a fraud more often than not.
Yep, despite rocking a pretty solid game face, there are countless days I'm wrestling with the whole "am I good enough?" thing. (Those voices say the sweetest things at a 3AM panic party don’t they?!!)
But here’s my secret — I’ve started simply flipping the script on those doubts. Instead of letting them sideline me, I’ve learned they're just the spice in my cocktail, helpfully signalling that I’m right where I need to be: on the edge of my comfort zone, and about to make a whole load of flippin’ magic happen!
I chat about all this and more in my heart-to-heart with Bold Journey, including how to make the bold moves that have our clients turning heads and sparking conversations, without the need for loud gimmicks or flashy tricks.
So, if you’ve ever felt like an imposter in your own story, you’re in good company.
If you’re curious about how to turn those doubts into drivers, check out our full conversation. It’s time we redefine what it means to feel like an imposter and start seeing it as a part of the journey to something great.
Here’s to being bold and breaking through,
Eleanor
